The future of corporate learning is about smarter systems, adaptive and experiential learning, and meeting people in the moment of need with frictionless technology.

 

I improve instructional and technology systems so training actually works for the people who need it. When those systems fail, employees struggle to perform, behavior doesn't change, and organizational goals stall. I find where that's breaking down and redesign it, because technology enablement means enabling people to succeed in the flow of work.

An industry speaker with 11+ years leading teams on learning and tech change initiatives for F500s, utilities, and hospitality, I specialize in translating emerging technology like AI, XR, and simulations, into scalable solutions that reduce barriers to learning, improve performance, and support business goals.

I've led cross-functional teams of up to 15 designers, developers, vendors, and contractors, building training for audiences of 80,000+ across enterprise software rollouts, organization-wide change management, and full-scale curriculum overhauls. I've built production pipelines using generative AI across project types from scenario-based simulations to story-based soft skills training.

2022 - 2026

Houston, Texas electric company: Led analysis, curriculum design, and development for a multi-year, $1.2M digital training transformation project updating 3 year apprenticeship in-person training for distribution controllers to a full scale, blended curriculum with ILT, videos, eLearning, simulations, training scenarios, gamification, and software training support. 

2022-2025

SoCal utility group: Led multiple successful training projects from analysis to client handoff, including award winning PSIF Safety & Regulatory Reporting, Financial Acumen, Climate Equity and Customer Outreach, Accruals Accounting, Travel Safety, Storage Leak Detection & Repair. 

2020-2023

Nationwide sub sandwich chain: Led teams for a multi-year, $1.75M training transformation modernizing their curriculum, turning paper manuals and SME knowledge into a full scale training curriculum from new hire store associate to district manager level with process, operations, software support and more, including video libraries, sandwich builder simulations, POS simulations, scenario-based learning for customer service, managing people, and store operations.

Nationwide roast beef sandwich chain: Led teams for an organization-wide restaurant management and BI software change and training project for all staff levels from store staff to district and corporate managers.
