Hi!
I'm Tristia Hennessey, instructional designer, learning & development consultant, technophile, VR enthusiast, sci-fi enthusiast, and travel lover.
I've been immersing myself in the world of technical and magical possibilities since I started to read. I started learning basic HTML at age 11 when Angelfire webpages were the latest rage, playing text-based MMORPGs and turn-based strategy games with friends around the world that I had never met in person. Inspired by the fantastically wild cyberpunk of Philip K Dick, Neal Stephenson, and Rudy Rucker, I have soaked myself in technology and learning ever since.
Now, I design multimedia for corporate learning experiences, including simulations, learning games, 360 tours, and AR/VR learning experiences. Last year (2021), I gratefully accepted the DevLearn DemoFest award for Best in Show for a Taco Builder simulation I co-designed. Check out my blog for some of the projects I'm working on.
When I'm not working or geeking out on VR and sci-fi, I try to spend as much time as possible in nature with my loving husband (who moonlights as best friend and partner in creating).

This is my metavase-me!
